How to switch from Richpanel to SignalCX
Richpanel is a clean ecommerce helpdesk. But at $79–$109 per agent per month with no intelligence layer, you're paying a premium for ticket management without any strategic visibility into what's actually happening.
Richpanel does a good job of putting Shopify order context next to customer conversations. SignalCX does that too — but goes significantly further. Every email you receive is analysed by AI, patterns are clustered, trends are tracked week-over-week, and you get revenue-risk alerts when something starts going wrong. At flat-rate pricing, not per-agent billing that grows with every hire.
All the Shopify order context Richpanel provides, plus the ability to take actions from the inbox
AI reports that analyse patterns across all emails — not just individual ticket summaries
Revenue-risk and refund-surge alerts before problems escalate
Flat pricing — add agents without adding to your monthly bill
How to make the switch.
Create your free SignalCX account
Register at trysignalcx.com/register. Free plan, no credit card. You'll be in the app in under a minute.
Copy your ingest email address
Go to Settings → Email Setup and copy your unique ingest address.
Forward your support emails to SignalCX
In Gmail, Outlook, or your email host, add a forwarding rule from your support@yourstore.com address to your SignalCX ingest address. Richpanel and SignalCX will both receive the same emails simultaneously — your agents can keep working in Richpanel while SignalCX builds its intelligence layer.
Note: Gmail forwarding takes about 2 minutes to configure. Google sends a confirmation code to the destination address — you'll see this arrive in your SignalCX inbox.
Confirm delivery
Send a test email to support@yourstore.com and verify it appears in SignalCX within 1–2 minutes.
Connect Shopify
Settings → Shopify → Connect. One-click authorisation. You'll now see full order history on every customer thread and be able to take order actions without leaving the inbox.
Run your first report
Once you have a week of data, run a report. You'll immediately see what Richpanel's dashboards can't tell you: which issue categories are growing, what's driving refund volume, and what patterns are silently costing you revenue.
(Optional) Import historical conversations
Export conversations from Richpanel as CSV and import via Settings → Historical Emails to get instant insights on your historical data.

Common questions about switching from Richpanel.
Richpanel shows you order context per ticket. SignalCX analyses patterns across all tickets — clustering repeat complaints, detecting revenue risks, tracking trends over time, and generating reports you can share with your operations team. It's the difference between seeing individual trees and seeing the whole forest.
SignalCX doesn't have a self-service customer portal. If that's a core feature for your brand, you could keep Richpanel's portal while running SignalCX for intelligence in parallel.
Richpanel starts at $79/agent/month with no free plan. SignalCX has a free plan and flat-rate paid plans — add agents without increasing your monthly cost.
Macros and canned responses need to be recreated in SignalCX under Settings → Macros and Settings → Snippets.
